American Rows in Cleveland (CRF Summer Youth Rowing Program) (Registration)
Sponsored by the NEORSD (Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District) the America Rows program is an exciting new alternative to the typical summer-time activity! The America Rows program is available for any 14-18 year old in Northeast Ohio.
Important Dates :
June 5 - Without any obligation, potential candidates will be allowed to participate in the USRowing and Concept2 National Learn to Row Day hosted in Cleveland. The day will include an orientation, safety briefing and introduction to the sport of rowing.
June 8 - Interested youth and their parents/guardians can attend a summer orientation to learn more about the full summer program, 6pm @ the CRF boathouse.
June 22 - Registration closes after the first day of the program OR when the program is full (whichever comes first)
June 21 to August 12 - The summer program will be coached by Russ Eckles, and will run Monday through Thursday, 3:30pm-5:30pm.

Cleveland Scholastic Rowing Association (CSRA website)
Open to any high school age girl boy or in Northeast Ohio, CSRA has athletes from public and private schools on its team. Please visit their website for more information.
Shaker Heights HS Crew (Shaker Heights Crew website)
On the water since 1996, the Raider Crew competes in the fall and spring, with winter training at the school. Shaker is the only public school in Cleveland to offer crew as a varsity women's sport. Please visit their website for more information.
St. Ignatius HS Crew (St. Ignatius Crew website)
Founded in 1989, St. Ignatius is now the top boys crew in
the Midwest, winning the Midwest Scholastic Rowing Championships
against crews from 16 other states in 2000, 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008. In '04, St. Ignatius' junior four won U.S. gold at the
Scholastic National Championships. Over 70 boys row for the
